Min Tang establishes her own business, and also contributes in serving the country when needed. Meanwhile Xing Zhou bravely fights for his nation, assisting the emperor in his quest to bring peace to the land and its people.

Strong leads, great costumes, and well-executed arcs make this a standout. This year has been a remarkable celebration of strong female characters in costume dramas, and this one is no exception. The ending, which is often rushed in dramas, is given proper care here, leaving no loose ends. The end result is a drama that strikes a balance between drama, emotional tension, and light-hearted moments through plenty of action, comedy, and romance.
